We are looking for a Training Professional (100%) for a permanent position in our retail marketing team.

This role manages Retail Marketing Training & Education content and prepares timely training materials for classroom and online sessions. This includes working closely with channel partners, training merchandisers, overseeing project management tasks (budget, schedule, quality control, reporting, review, documentation, etc.), and supporting the team of trainers.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…are in charge of all training-related online systems (e.g. Samsung learning platform, social media, training homepage, integration with training partner platform, etc.)manage KPI's and system/user growth (e.g. subscriptions, active users, views, etc.)manage and create content (training module, training video, etc.)develop and maintain training systems (process and system/content innovation)develop and monitor the ambassador programwork closely with the sales team, and agencies as well as manage the Master Trainer and Content Management teamreport at national and international levels, depending on stakeholders and requirements, to head office in London and Suwon (South Korea)manage projects, including budget, implementation planning, invoicing, documentation, etc.plan, organize, and deliver in-store training sessionsevaluate the effectiveness of in-store training and continually improve training methods and materials.

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…have a degree in business administration or similarhave 3-5 years of experience with a learning management system in a similar environmenthave excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)ideally have ERP experience preferably N-ERP, SAP, or similarhave very strong project management skillshave strong communication and coaching skillsare fluent in German and English, French is a plushave a strong "hands-on mentality", good time management and the ability to meet deadlineshave a professional appearance, and an accurate working styleare a committed, team-oriented, and resilient personality
