Position Overview & Responsibilities:\n
This position is responsible for overseeing the management and execution of training programs within the organization, ensuring that all learning initiatives are successfully designed, scheduled, and delivered. This role involves maintaining and updating courses and resources in the CF Learning Management System (LMS), working closely with content owners to schedule recurring training sessions, and ensuring the timely communication of training solutions. This role will resolve user issues related to the learning management system and collaborate with technical experts to ensure smooth operations.\n
Major Areas of Accountability:\n\nLearning Management System (LMS) Management and Maintenance\n\nOversee the upkeep and organization of courses and resources. \nServe as the primary point of contact for resolving user issues.\n\n\nStakeholder Communication\n\nManage all communication about upcoming training, deadlines, and program changes.\n\n\nTraining Content Lifecycle Management\n\nOversee the lifecycle of training content, ensuring materials are regularly updated, archived, and replaced as necessary to maintain relevance and accuracy.\n\n\nTraining Logistics and Execution\n\nEnsure all logistical aspects of training programs are managed effectively including the availability of materials, room reservations, food orders, printing, etc.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth training execution.\n\n\nTraining Evaluation and Reporting\n\nGenerate and maintain reports on training activities, outcomes, and performance metrics.\n\n\n\n
Education, Training, Skill, Experience and Aptitude Requirements:\n\n4 Year degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.\n3 Years related experience preferred\nProject Management\nTechnology Systems Administration\nData Analysis and Reporting\nValid driver's license\n\n
