This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and deliver impactful training initiatives. Additionally, the Training Project Manager will support brand growth by facilitating New Restaurant Openings as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Flower Child culture, a genuine passion for exceptional hospitality, and a strong desire for project-driven work. This position is based at the Big Kitchen (corporate office) in Phoenix, AZ. Requirements: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project roadmaps for training initiatives, outlining timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and exceptional outcomes. Team Collaboration: Partner with chefs, front-of-house managers, and service trainers to create engaging content that reflects best practices in guest service and operational excellence. Execution: Lead the rollout of training programs, coordinating logistics such as venue selection, material preparation, and facilitator scheduling to ensure a seamless experience. Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement robust evaluation strategies to assess training impact, utilizing guest feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Communication: Maintain proactive and transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones and addressing any operational challenges. Innovation: Stay abreast of hospitality trends and emerging training methodologies, incorporating fresh ideas to enhance the Flower Child Training experience and keep our offerings relevant. Adaptability: Equally comfortable leading the way and taking direction, able to pivot focus between multiple projects, and work productively in a variety of environments. Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in the restaurant industry required, preferably within an upscale casual environment. General Manager experience preferred Position requires frequent, long-term travel Hands on experience working to develop and implement Training programs within a large company Bachelor's degree is preferred Restaurant Operations (training) experience required, with new restaurant opening experience a plus Experience working with Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) a plus Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests, managers, kitchen and dining room personnel Minimum of two years like volume restaurant serving experience; have basic knowledge of dining room service procedures Possess basic math, and computer skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system Must possess strong interpersonal and motivational skills, the ability to effectively supervise and instill cooperation in staff, and the ability to work well under pressure Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Be able to safely lift & easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20-25 pounds Must have exceptional grooming habits About Us: Our story begins with Sam Fox, a man passionate about hospitality and endlessly inspired by food and design.
