**Job Description**
The Technical Instructor Lead designs, schedules, delivers and tracks technical training. The Training Instructor Lead establishes training and education modules and ensures consistency in the delivery of technical training and on-boarding. They ensure training records are accurate, training is performed on time, and qualified trainers perform that training. The Training Instructor is responsible for database administration, generating and monitoring Key Performance Indicators. The Training Instructor monitors the workmanship audit program, working with supervisors to review audit results, discuss and review root causes and corrective actions.
The Training Instructor Lead supervises Training School employees, which includes tasks such as:
+ Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks
+ Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement
+ Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Minimum of a High School Diploma and at least 4 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Current or previous IPC J-STD-001 Certified IPC Trainer (CIT)
+ Ability to lead and delegate tasks
+ Meticulous recordkeeping skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field
+ Supervisory experience
+ Related Manufacturing Experience
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $70735 - $120250
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
