Training Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training and coaching to our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to enhance their performance and ensure optimal customer service delivery. 12+ month assignment $36/hr **Key Responsibilities:** + **Performance Monitoring and Analysis:** Review CSR performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. + **Training Development and Delivery:** Create and deliver comprehensive training programs on various topics, including product knowledge, customer service skills, and the use of our Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) platform. + **Coaching and Mentoring:** Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to CSRs to address performance gaps and foster professional development. + **Performance Reporting:** Generate reports and dashboards to track training effectiveness and CSR performance. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with management and other departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. **Qualifications:** + 3-5 years of experience as a Training Specialist + 2+ years of experience in a call center/customer service or quality assurance environment + Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Experience with CC&B platform is preferred If you are a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to employee development, we encourage you to apply. **Pay Details:** $36.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
