The ideal candidate can demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with agency stakeholders to develop and maintain a training program for educating federal and contract personnel on specific technical processes and policies related to M365 implementation. Set-up and host training sessions for staff in all apps and programs with M365 and assist developing policy/governance. This requires an individual with customer service skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced, fluid business environment. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively and decisively with all levels of the organization and be able to solve practical problems as well as exercise sound judgement with regards to sensitive and confidential information.
ContributionsEssential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop methods and materials for training staff and prepare curriculum such as lectures, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, training presentations, and workshops.Anticipate, develop, maintain, and deliver an ongoing M365 training program to educate federal and contract personnel on agency specific processes and policies. Bachelor’s Degree in related area preferred along with 3 years of relevant experienceAbility to obtain a Public TrustPreferred Skills:
Ability to develops courses and instructional material to educate technical and non-technical personnel. Experience developing training for risk management and cybersecurity programs. Exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills. About steampunkSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $140,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
