Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Training Command (TRNGCMD) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND. Responsibilities You will deliver graduate-level synchronous and asynchronous SCTD education and training to prepare senior military members for the highly complex and broad field of Security Cooperation planning and advising Foreign Security Forces. You will ensure the learning environment is safe and conducive to promoting the transfer of learning and education. You will develop original lesson plans to provide continuity, and to be fully prepared to facilitate the successful education of learners. You will facilitate the design, development, and implementation phases of the Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education You will monitor curricula to ensure compliance with Security Cooperation training and readiness standards and higher headquarters policy and provides expert educational knowledge regarding aforementioned standards and policies. You will assist with maintaining student and instructor records, schedule of classes, registrar functions, review of resources, data and personnel, curriculum/course, and institutional certifications. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing training instruction, curriculum management/development relating to security cooperation activities, programs, and authorities, and providing academic support.
