Summary About the Position: The primary purpose for this position is to perform a variety of evaluation and assessment functions for the Defense Ammunition Center. When required the incumbent also functions as a project lead for an accreditation team of military and civilian evaluators. Identifies and defines problems, refers them to the proper stakeholders for corrective action, and follows up to ensure that corrective action is timely, complete, and appropriate Designs and develops evaluation models. Research appropriate literature. Reviews draft doctrinal and training publications, materials, and procedures to include field manuals, resident and exportable training publications. Coordinates all formal TRADOC accreditations/visits. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes acquiring information to be considered in the evaluation of proposed training plans; conducts various evaluations and assessments to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs, training development, and the creation of operational and institutional processes and products; and reviewing training publication material to ensure internal and external feedback is incorporated.
