Envestnet is seeking a Training Specialist to join our MoneyGuide department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Powhatan, VA office location.

Job Summary: 

The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering effective training programs on MoneyGuide’s suite of software products to both internal employees and external clients. This role will present trainings both in person and virtually, requiring travel up to fifty percent of the time

Job Responsibilities:

Train and coach financial advisors on how to effectively use the MoneyGuide suite of products.
Provide advisors practice management concepts to enable them to find sales opportunities, improve their performance, and achieve their business objectives.
Conduct sessions in person and via web conferencing.
Consult with firms that use MoneyGuide Products to help them to better understand how to drive adoption and utilization. 
Help develop and implement Practice Management initiatives, including course design, education and training content and participant surveys. 
Tailor training content to the needs of different user groups based on their roles and expertise.
Work closely with product management, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and integration of the training program into the overall customer experience.
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, accounting or related field 
Industry designation – CFP or ChFC preferred 
3+ years in the financial services and/or financial planning industry 
Experience in public speaking and training  
Experience using MoneyGuide Products
Experience developing and delivering financial plans and advice to clients 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Ability and willingness to travel around the country 33% or more of your time
