Training Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a Training LMS Administrator to design, maintain, and manage our training LMS, including both electronic and paper-based elements. This role ensures training documentation is completed and archived in compliance with GxP and company standards and may deliver specific GxP, New Hire Orientation, and other training materials as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
+ LMS Administration (35%):
+ Manage the LMS (ComplianceWire).
+ Support functional areas and training personnel.
+ Represent the training department during audits.
+ Develop and provide training on the LMS.
+ Maintain training record processes.
+ Research and apply industry learning technology trends.
+ LMS and Logistical Support (30%):
+ Act as LMS coordinator and generate reports.
+ Process and file training data.
+ Address LMS inquiries.
+ Assist with training setup and delivery.
+ Coordinate New Hire Orientation and schedule training.
+ Schedule instructor-led training sessions.
+ Assist with scheduling qualifications.
+ Training Program Development (15%):
+ Design and maintain training curricula and materials.
+ Establish training approaches with document authors.
+ Evaluate and improve training programs.
+ Determine trainee evaluation methods.
+ Training Metrics and Reporting (10%):
+ Establish KPIs with leadership.
+ Generate and present training metrics.
+ Address training compliance gaps.
+ Training Effectiveness Assessment (10%):
+ Assess training program effectiveness.
+ Track and trend program effectiveness.
+ Manage course evaluations.
Skills Required:
+ GMP, training documentation, training design, training instruction, GMP environment, Microsoft Office, LMS, LIMS.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
+ Experience with LMS design and maintenance, preferably ComplianceWire.
+ Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Project management and technical writing experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
