A week in the life of a Training Specialist I:

Provide training support services including development of CANES system training requirements and documentation of those requirements in the CANES Navy Training System Plan (NTSP). Design training solutions, procures HW/SW and engineering services for installation of those training solutions at Fleet Concentration Area (FCA) sites. Develops Navy Standard courses implementing the training solutions and conducts CANES technical training
