Training Specialist - Revenue Cycle

What You Will Do:

Assist in maintaining overall quality management and training for department functions.

Support organizational education and training by ensuring process definition and execution as required by established goals.

Assist in creating and maintaining policy and procedure and training manuals to support department functions and other assigned areas.

Build relationships with business leaders and other key stakeholders, establish credibility as effective partner to the business, and leverage internal subject matter experts for task and content analysis

Develops collaborative relationships with internal departments and external vendors based on client’s needs

Maintains reports and statistics to support organizational training requirements and defines training goals and quality assurance standards to assist in positive management of personnel within assigned area

Performs other duties as assigned

Facilitate and deliver training virtually and in person

Work with Leaders in the business to determine training gaps.

Build content and lead training technology platforms

Ability to interact with vendors to utilize their resources to promote learning within Guidehouse

Work closely with SMEs, L&D Management team, and instructional designers (IDs) as needed to share knowledge and maintain a well-organized, timely and high-quality work product

Ensures matters related to client or potential clients are handled in a way that creates positive lasting impressions with high quality, prompt and courteous service by oneself and others

Takes on other duties as assigned and as needed with a positive and willing attitude


What You Will Need:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (relevant experience may substitute for formal education).

Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design

2-4 years of experience creating materials, documents, job aides, and SOP’s

2-4 years of experience teaching, training, and instructing individuals and groups in person and remotely

Experience with public speaking and presentations

Experience administering post training evaluations

Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through while exceeding expectations 

Expert user in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Project Management experience

Lean Six Sigma

Expertise in application of methods and tools used to identify, design, develop, execute, and measure corporate learning solutions

Strong organizational and time management skills

Skilled in the use of various techniques and approaches to build relationships at various levels

Demonstrated ability to align and adapt communication style to fit target audience
