The Training Specialist is responsible for developing, refining, and delivering a high-quality training program supporting a global security initiative. This role involves creating, updating, and managing comprehensive training materials—including documents, videos, and other support resources—to meet the needs of a diverse user base. The Training Specialist will work with a range of COTS security software applications, such as Hirsch, CCure, Keywatcher, Genetec, and Intellex, along with a customized Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) system.
