GDIT is seeking an Intelligence Analyst/Trainer to support Allied Special Operations Forces Command (Allied SOFCOM) as a member of our EMITS program team in Mons Belgium.
HOW AN INTEL TRAINING SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Participates in the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
Assists in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.
Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
Maintains records of training activities, participant progress and program effectiveness.
Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
Participates in special projects as required in support of SOFCOM.
Familiarity with the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.
Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment.
Information Knowledge Management (IKM) Training Support
Develop and maintain on-line users’ guides and provide training in all aspects of SOFCOM UNCLASSIFIED NETWORK (SUN), and SOFCOM NATO SECRET Wide Area Network (S2WAN) operations.
Understand and train on policies, procedures, resources available, and use of automated tools that enable SUN and S2WAN services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the capabilities of the SUN and S2WAN applications and the operational support infrastructure.
Provide hands on technical training for in-house applications on a group level; one-on-one for VIP users when requested.
Produce and make available online training for in-house applications.
Collect and provide product feedback to the SOFCOM IKM Office.
Assist the SOFCOM IKM Office with developing and implementing a Knowledge Management Implementation Plan (KMIP).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience: 5+ years of experience required.
Security Clearance Required: Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
Additional Requirements: Must have a valid US driver’s license. Must be capable of obtaining a Belgian SOFA.
Skills: 5+ years of training product development, production, and delivery experience. Additional specific certifications may be required, depending on job assignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as an end user working in a SharePoint-based collaboration environment.
Experience supporting multinational customers preferred.
Experience operating in coalition systems environments preferred.

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location.
