The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$75,400.00 - $113,000.00Purpose Statement: The Training Supervisor will guide and support a high-performing training team in delivering targeted and impactful technical education. This role involves coordinating training activities, providing mentorship to trainers, and ensuring the successful implementation of training programs. Focuses on optimizing team dynamics and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Lead efforts to improve training practices and procedures using data analysis and Lean Sigma tools, ensuring consistent application of company practices across functional training processes.Develop, execute, and analyze functional training for various stakeholders as well as partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to identify and address training needs.Collaborate with the HR Management System team to optimize the use and continuous improvement of the learning management system.Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational needs, operational requirements, and the organization's training strategy.Provide leadership to global training owners and subject matter experts as well as coordinate and oversee technical training solutions that meet organizational needs globally.Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.Education/Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.A combination of education, experience, and time in field will be taken into consideration, and internal candidates may have distinct requirements tailored to their demonstrated skills and contributions within the organization.Other Qualifications:
Provides a solid foundation in technical training methodologies as well as hands-on experience in managing and mentoring training teams.Will possess effective team management in a collaborative and high-performance training culture.Physical Requirements:
Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.Travel Requirements:
