About the role
Coordinate the administration of training, development and succession processes in the company through:
- Do each and every one of the training tasks applicable to the company personnel.
- Ensure legal compliance in training matters (Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare, audits,CAPA’s and other applicable).
- Compliance with training procedures and annual master plan of training.
Key Responsabilities:
- Daily coordination of training activities.
- Check the new documents released and authorized in EDMS applicable for training.
- Provide training information to all employees.
- Implementation of certification programs.
- Develop training set-up for the Manufacturing in Reynosa to ensure compliance of GMP rules.
- Support the Quality System through continuous improvements to the systems according to ISO 13485 and FDA GMP requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
• Approximately 2 years of experience working with the complete cycle of training and software management for training in manufacturing companies and/or regulated industries.
• Mandatory: Experience on Quality Systems Management and ISO 9001.
• Desirable: Experience on Medical devices and ISO 13485.
• English proficiency: Intermediate - Advanced.
•Microsoft profiency: Intermediate - Advanced.
