Training & Support Coordinator
Description We are in the search for a Training & Support Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare and social assistance industry, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The primary function of this role is to offer training and technical support, ensuring smooth operations in the area of information services. This role is central to maintaining an efficient workflow, providing first-level technical support, and managing software licenses. Responsibilities: • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and one-on-one instructions to our team members to enhance their technical skills • Manage first-level technical issues including network, computer, printer, and software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow • Document all procedures related to the Information Services Help Desk, ensuring a clear record of processes and actions taken • Update and manage all Help Desk tickets, from creation to closure, providing a systematic approach to issue resolution • Offer support for cell phone (iPhone) related issues such as password resets, IOS updates, email configuration, and management of the corporate mobile device management system (MDM) • Oversee the assignment and installation of software licenses, ensuring proper utilization and compliance • Stay updated with the latest trends and issues in the technology industry, applying relevant knowledge to the role • Design and manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including user management and creation of training materials • Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer and the Technical Services Manager to incorporate training courses into the Information Services offerings • Develop electronic instructional documents using imaging capture software for effective communication of technology-related instructions to end-users. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is necessary for document management and processing. • Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is required for virtual communication and coordination. • Strong knowledge of various computer programs is essential for effective task execution. • CRM expertise is needed for managing customer relationships and tracking interactions. • Experience with Dojo is beneficial for creating an efficient and interactive learning environment. • Proficiency in About Time software is required for effective time and attendance management. • Understanding of basic accounting functions is necessary for financial tracking and reporting. • Excellent attendance record is required to ensure consistent and reliable support. • Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. • Exceptional customer service skills are essential for providing satisfactory support and service to clients.
