Job Title: Training System Specialist
Job Description

This position will work directly with the Training Quality team at one of the largest biopharmaceutical clients. The Training System Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with all departments associated with the project initiative needs. The Training Specialist will be responsible for working in the client's learning system and ensuring the assigned trainings match what is required of each worker.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Training Quality team and other departments on project initiatives.Ensure the assigned trainings in the learning system match the requirements for each worker.Support the development and implementation of training programs.Maintain documentation and records of training activities.Assist in ensuring the site remains in compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 1+ years of experience in training or project management.Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and follow up effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in pharmaceutical GMP is a plus but not mandatory.Experience in training development and project management.Work Environment

The work environment includes an office setting on the 2nd floor of the plant above the cafeteria. The specialist will have their own cubicle and computer set up. Training will be conducted on-site, with possible remote reading of protocols as needed, and hands-on activities at the plant for the rest of the assignment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
