Training Team Coordinator

Position: Commercial Training Team Coordinator

Reports to Title: Training Development Manager

Position Overview

The Commercial Training Team Coordinator is responsible for managing program and equipment logistics for training events for the Commercial Sales Team.  This position works primarily in the US GN Headquarters, but also travels to assist in GN launch events and Sales Summits.

Keep equipment and supplies inventoried, updated, organized, clean and secured in a professional manner at the US GN Headquarters. Supplies include but are not limited to- training trunks, laptops, Surface Pros, Fitting Software, demo hearing aids, KLANGs and all ancillary supplies for use at training events.Order supplies, décor, and marketing materials needed for Commercial events.Support planning and logistics for events to include but not limited to- Commercial Sales Summit, customer fly in events, customer trips, regional training events, annual training meeting, etc. Source and secure meeting locations, order AV and catering, ship equipment and supplies, communicate with event owners.On sight support for larger customer and employee trainings and events (20% Travel) such as Engage, Sales Summit, Launch Fly-Ins, etc.Manage all packing and shipping of commercial training team supplies. Report the expenses and budget during/after the event.Actively seek out money saving opportunities when it comes to supplies procured and shipping methods.Organize, clean, replenish and update all orientation and onboarding field supply kits as well as BLM orientation supplies and marketing hand-outs and sales orientation folders.Event CEU organization for customers attending commercial sales trainings.Additional responsibilities as needed based off of events planned by the Commercial Training Team and Training Team Leadership.

Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)

Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks and oversee execution with attention to detail.Ability to collaborate with several departments to enlist the cooperation of organizational stakeholdersDecisive and task-orientedTakes Initiative to solve problems and fill gaps to ensure event success.Strong experience with PC programs including Outlook, Excel, Asana, Salesforce and WordAbility to lift, carry and roll equipment cases and supply boxes. 

Desired Qualifications:

Required Education: High School Diploma

Preferred Education:  Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:  2 years of experience managing calendars and logistics preferred.  Experience in hearing industry is a plus.

Travel: Occasional Travel (20%)

Physical Demands:  Sitting, Standing, Typing, Lifting to 50 lbs.
