Training Video Production Specialist

CLIENT DOES NOT WORK OFF OF RESUME** **Require to work on site 50% of the time (** **hybrid)** **Designated Work Location: 40 North Pearl Street, Albany, NY or 60 Broad Street, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10004** **Anticipated Duration of the Engagement: 25 months** **Duties/Responsibilities:** We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Content Creator to join our mission of transforming the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) that enables millions of individuals and families to access critical services like SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), Child Support, and other human services programs. This hands-on role focuses on creating high-quality videos, training materials, and professional presentations to simplify complex processes, improve user education, and communicate key program milestones. You will work across short-form, training, and executive-level content, blending creativity with precision to produce visually engaging materials. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and public service, contributing directly to how information is delivered to districts, counties, and leadership to drive program success . **Mandatory Qualifications:** + Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist. + Seven (7) years of professional experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or training content development, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form and training video production. + Five (5) years of experience producing training videos or instructional content for complex systems, products, or services. + Five (5) years of experience developing executive-level presentations, turning complex data and strategies into clear visuals. + Experience working in government systems, public-sector programs, or regulated industries. + Experience in video production, including motion graphics, editing, and visual storytelling. + Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and presentation platforms like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote. + Experience in simplifing complex workflows and translating technical jargon into engaging, digestible formats. + Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance) and inclusive design practices. + Knowledge of public service programs like SNAP, Medicaid, or Child Support. + Experience creating platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn. + Proficiency in advanced motion design tools like ProtoPie, Adobe Animate, or Principle. **Key Responsibilities:** + Produce short-form videos (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that communicate program updates, product highlights, and success stories to diverse audiences. + Create detailed, user-friendly training videos to onboard districts and counties to new systems and services. Simplify technical workflows into clear, visually compelling tutorials using motion graphics, animations, and voiceovers. + Design and deliver polished, high-impact presentations for senior leadership and stakeholder meetings, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable visuals. + Translate technical concepts and policy-driven information into engaging, accessible materials that resonate with users across skill levels. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and developers, to ensure all content aligns with program goals and user needs. + Ensure all content complies with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to meet the needs of diverse populations. + Stay at the forefront of trends in video production, training design, and storytelling, integrating cutting-edge tools and techniques into your work. + A detail-oriented, self-driven approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
