RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Escrow Product Manager role is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the Escrow and Account Control business strategy. They will play a strategic role in the global life cycle management of the businesses’ product vision, roadmap, and execution for the overall product segment, and embody the voice of the customer. They will work closely with all Transaction Banking teams including Sales, Legal and operations to implement and manage transactions and product enhancements in response to client needs.  They will also partner closely with technology leads to define and create the overall product strategy, document requirements for design and engineering partners, delivery and go-to-market plan that aligns with business goals. 

 

The Team

The Escrow product team is responsible for developing and overseeing the Bank’s Escrow account solutions including both escrows and controlled accounts as well as supporting all transactions. We are thought leaders, bringing new ideas and insights to clients to help them efficiently manage their escrow and controlled account needs.  

Core Responsibilities: 

Act as subject matter expert in escrow and controlled account solutions Understanding of current Escrow account products, including current trendsAbility to negotiate legal agreements with clients protecting the commercial interests of the bankExecute against product strategy to buildout our escrow and controlled account roadmapUnderstands product development methodologies and strategies needed to fulfil deliveryInput towards scoping of product development team from initial strategy to delivery and beyondIdentify, document requirements, and develop new capabilities aimed at delivering customer valueAbility to communicate within team to provide focus against prioritized product development goalsTranslate between business requirements and technology specifications – in both directions: top-down and bottom-up Identify and communicate opportunity for efficiencies or growth within the product as they ariseIdentify and call out risks and threats to delivery of the product as they arisePresent complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives forward 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree or military experienceAt least 5 years’ experience working with Escrow Transactions or a related role Understanding of risks and mitigates of Escrow and controlled account workflowFamiliarity with Money Market Mutual FundsExperience in designing, building and implementing solutions and owning the process from start to finishExtremely strong presentation and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills Team player with ability to collaborate with business and cross-divisional partners Self-motivated individual interested in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization Knowledge of regulatory landscape related to EscrowsCommitment to excellence and integrity

Salary Range 

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
