Responsibilities: 

Lead the development and implementation of deposit strategies to drive growth while managing liquidity risk effectivelyAnalyze and monitor deposit betas to understand the impact on funding costs and overall balance sheet dynamicsMonitor liquidity risk ratios such as LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio) and NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain models to forecast liquidity outflows under various stress scenarios, providing insights to senior management for decision-makingWork closely with Treasury, Risk and Finance teams to optimize the balance sheet composition, taking into account liquidity requirements and profitability targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, and Marketing to align liquidity strategies with broader organizational objectivesAlignment of product suite and balance sheet with the latest regulatory developments and industry best practices related to liquidity management and depositsDrive product innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing the deposit product offering for clients 

 Qualifications: 

Bachelors degree2-3 years in managing deposits and balance sheet inclusive of liquidity product strategy and business developmentPreferred MBA
