**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive transaction and administrative support to a group of sales professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring CBRE policies and Real Estate guidelines are met throughout the deal cycle, maintain deal files and provide ongoing support to team growth initiatives.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assist in creating new listing numbers and files for all executed listing/commission agreements.
+ Verify required documents per CBRE's policies and Real Estate guidelines.
+ Enter sales and lease information into the Company’s database according to the organization’s guidelines and procedures.
+ Assist in obtaining appropriate signatures/approvals through DocuSign and transfers financial information for further processing.
+ Maintain and update market trackers, property listings on external sites (i.e., MLS, Loopnet, Crexi, etc.) and updates internal shared files
+ Organize files and manage document organization such as; listing documents, marketing budgets, due diligence documents, as well as purchase and escrow documents.
+ Assist Transaction Manager and/or Transaction Accounting in the process of collection and distribution of client’s commission payments.
+ Assist with capturing all growth initiatives from Leadership team – synthesize, prioritize, systemize to allow for optimal productivity in executing projects, identify and resolve bottlenecks and roadblocks, while continually monitoring and measuring success.
+ Provides customer service to sales professionals.
+ Other duties may be assigned.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
+ Commercial real estate or transactions experience is preferred.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
+ Strong attention to detail.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Coordinator position is $55,000 annually or $26.45 per hour and the maximum salary for the Transaction Coordinator position is $75,000 annually or $36.06 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
