Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator

Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused Real Estate assistant with experience as a Transaction Coordinator as well as listing marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the needs of top-producing agents. Proficiency in social media is a plus, as you will assist with marketing efforts and maintain our online presence.

 

Job responsibilities will include:

- **Transaction Coordination:** Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients and agents.

- **Listing Management:** Coordinate the listing process, including preparing marketing materials and maintaining accurate property listings in MLS and other platforms.

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

- **Document Management:** Ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and submitted on time, maintaining organized records for each transaction.

- **Marketing Support:** Assist with creating and implementing marketing campaigns for property listings, utilizing social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

- **Agent Support:** Provide top-level support to agents, understanding their unique needs and helping them achieve their goals.

- **Deadline Management:** Monitor transaction timelines and deadlines, coordinating with all parties involved to ensure timely completion of tasks.

 

Basic Skills/Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role, with a focus on listing marketing.

- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and the needs of top-producing agents.

- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
