As a Transaction Execution Manager within Credit Product Delivery, you will provide expertise in end-to-end transaction execution management including documentation negotiation coordination for credit/trade facilities. You will partner closely with JPMorgan's coverage teams, internal stakeholders as well as internal/external legal counsel.
Job responsibilities
Deliver best-in-class, end-to-end transaction execution management of credit facilities focused on bilateral working capital facilities, syndicated lending and core tradePrepare transaction documentation based on JP Morgan template documentationLiaising with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentationReview and support front office in negotiating legal documentation across various credit productsDraw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers and/or Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.) as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolutionManage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiationsMaintain oversight of the deal closing processParticipate in team projects as part of continuous improvementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum 6 years’ experience in documentation negotiation coordination and transaction execution management of credit facilities Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management and banking processesExpertise in credit agreements, including the ability to negotiate provisions on behalf of the bankDecision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolutionExcellent coordination skills and a strong control mindsetDemonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externallyGood organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
