We are currently seeking a Transaction Manager for one of our client-dedicated account teams in Washington, DC. (Hybrid- In office 2-3 days per week)

What this job involves:

Our Transaction Managers manage and execute lease transactions while fostering client relationships and business growth. They primarily work through a dedicated process to deliver executed lease documents in a high-volume environment while maintaining critical client performance metrics.  You will work independently or as part of a team including close coordination with those in a supporting role. You also may work on special projects/assignments as needed.

General Responsibilities:

Manage transactions for a national strategic clientProvide advice on client transactionsAttend regular meetings and conference callsIdentify opportunities to improve client transaction management processesWork directly with client and team members to resolve transaction and landlord issuesActively manage detailed notes and records for each transaction Manage co-brokers for selected lease transactions as requiredReview and prepare lease documents, lease summaries, abstracts, and other materials Gather and evaluate real estate market and property dataResearch companies and landlordsPrepare commission invoices and track transactions in proprietary software programs

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

77,600.00 – 77,600.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
