Requirements:
\n\n Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.\n Background screening required. \n A minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience \n Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs. \n\n\n
About the Role
\nAs a transaction processing associate III, you will be supporting our client’s customers as a first point of contact. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.

What you will be doing:
\n\n Respond to client inquiries and Provider inquiries (missing checks, EFTs, cancelled check requests, etc.)\n Dual Control System check printing and reconcile the Hawaii Medicaid Disbursement Account\n Prepare the daily/weekly/monthly balancing worksheets and perform the Weekly Payment Cycle\n Maintain Special Handling/Pull lists and Review CD-ROM’s from financial institution for quality assurance\n Compile copies of Deposit Warrants and Balance and distribute various reports to Med-QUEST Division\n Prepare incoming provider refunds by personal checks for forwarding to Chief Office of Finance and Accounting, via Med-QUEST Division\n Prepare manual checks for voids due to MQD requests, returned checks, stale dated checks, and IRS Levies and Review CD-ROM’s from financial institution for quality assurance\n Process: prepare logs for processing undeliverable checks, stale checks, MQD Liens, and distribute provider 1099s annually\n Respond to CCTS inquiries and open, disburse incoming mail, and research as assigned.\n\n\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
