Purpose:
Responsible for handling the complex duties that require more training and skills than lower-level positions within the department as well as being the subject matter expert on all tasks within the Third-Party Liability Unit. Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining relationships with the client, providers, carriers, etc. all while managing all associated workflows.

Scope:
•Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
•Requires in-depth knowledge and experience – Medicaid, TPL, Commercial Insurance (helpful).
•Decisions are guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance from TPL Manager.

Requirements:
\n \n 1-3 years Third Party Liability experience\n HS Diploma or GED\n \nPreferred Skillset/experience
\n\n \n Working knowledge of MS Office Suite\n Medicaid experience, Commercial Insurance experience helpful\n Customer focused\n Ability to multitask and solve complex problems\n Ability to write/speak concisely\n Experience driving process documentation and continuous process improvements\n Must be able to work extra hours and be flexible in schedule to accommodate work deadlines\n College is preferred\n \n \n \n \n \n
