Description An established law firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join the team located in San Diego, California. The chosen candidate will be primarily responsible for executing corporate and business transactions, providing advice on business matters, drafting various legal documents, and offering counsel to companies on emerging issues. The more experience, the better. Responsibilities of Role: + Handling purchase & sales of businesses, advising on business maters, establishing, drafting operating agreements and bylaws sand AOI, setting up companies, counseling them on issues that arise, and purchases of businesses. + Handling a mergers tart to finish is not as important, but handling a purchase & sale transaction at minimum is required. + Drafting, redlining, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements fairly independently. + A specialty area is fine, but generalists are also welcome.
