Description Prestigious mid-sized firm in DTLA is seeking a Transactional Paralegal to join their team. As a Transactional Paralegal, you will be expected to perform various tasks related to commercial real estate transactions, maintain checklists, closings, prepare draft documents, and interact with large clients. This Transactional Paralegal opportunity offers hybrid remote flexibility with two days in office, three days work from home.
