Role & Responsibilities
Transactions Delivery:
Responsible for delivery of acquisitions across the UK retail portfolioManage end to end delivery of all retail acquisitions in the UKWorking with JLL agents across the region and best in class partners ensuring consistency in service delivery to the clientWork closely with PMO to ensure acquisition programme timelines are metEnsure relevant market intelligence is fed into the acquisitions processPresenting transactions for client approvalRegular and ad hoc reporting both internally and to client stakeholdersEnsure all governance is in place at each stage of the transactionPreparing timely business case approval documents (Stage Papers) including financial analysisManage brokers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure a consistently high standard of serviceManaging requests for and delivery of all DD required for acquisitionsUpdating Transaction information in workflow management tool (Client Hub)Managing legal process through to completionKey Skills Required

Strategy - provide input and expertise to strategy forums and workshops as requiredIdentifying portfolio optimisation opportunities and management of critical datesWork closely with Barclays’ stakeholders and Global Strategy Team to ensure implementation of agreed real estate acquisition strategiesNB: responsibilities include managing real estate services by non-JLL suppliers where appointed.
