Real Estate Transaction Manager Job Description
Our Transaction Manager will manage and execute lease transactions while fostering client relationships and business growth. You will be responsible for negotiating transactions, understanding client’s real estate requirements, engaging brokers, reporting on transaction activity, attending client and account team meetings. Our Transaction Manager works primarily on straightforward transactions or in a support role on more complex projects. You will work independently as well as part of a team with the client and the JLL transactions management team. You will also work on and will be asked to direct special projects/assignments as needed. Our Transaction Manager will manage and work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units. This will be a hybrid role with an expectation of 2-3 days in the client's office per week.
Managing Client RelationshipsAssume key transaction responsibilities for a financial services clientProvide trusted advice on client transactionsAttend regular client meetings and conference callsImprove client transaction management processesCollaborate directly with client and team members to resolve tenant and landlord issuesManage building tours with the clientManage transaction reporting to the clientTransaction Management ActivitiesActively negotiate and manage transactionsEngage brokers, landlords and attorneys for selected lease transactions as requiredReview lease documents and negotiate transactions Provide financial terms to client’s finance team for financial modelingCollaborate with analyst for reporting and other transaction related responsibilities throughout the transaction processGather and evaluate real estate market and property dataResearch companies, landlords, and potential subtenantsLease clause reviews and analysisAssist with landlord-tenant dispute resolutionMust have 5+ years of commercial real estate transaction/leasing experienceAccount Performance SupportProactively assist Account Director in managing client deliverablesReporting management: Creation and updating of various financial reportsKey Performance data gathering and reportingHelp ensure the accuracy of portfolio dataManage surrender of premises or decommissioning projects, including directing project management tasks, and ensuring utilities cut-offsQualifications/Experience

100,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
