As a Transaction Specialist II you will be processing customer transactions that are received daily through mail services. National Bank by Mail is an internal, back office, non- customer facing branch. So you have the opportunity to fully focus on research and deposits. The primary responsibility of the position will be working with deposits on Teller Express that are received via mail, courier, or internal transfer.
Job responsibilities
Process deposits and payments on Teller Express Research and resolve customer issue and inquires Process all received items within the Service Level Agreements (SLA's) Provide superior customer service in alignment with the organizations 5 Keys Blueprint Follow established process and procedures to complete work within SLA's Assist with closing responsibilities as a leader in the production floorRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong knowledge about check transactions and negotiability Branch Banking Center experience Follow procedures with ability to meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards Must be able to adapt to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operating procedures, and new technology Able to maintain daily positive internal and external interactions, building upon team-driven success Able to prioritize assigned work daily based on client Service Level Agreements Strong customer service skills Ability to work well in a team environment as well as Independent problem-solving skills Strong listening and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organizedWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Onsite
