TRANSCOM IGC - Systems Administrator
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure currently within a shared service DoD environment. Supports technical research to add innovation and to improve overall system performance. Will drive designing, development modifying and adapting solution into the infrastructure as modernization objectives are pursued. Performs systems upgrade, monitors performance, tracks licensing agreements for compliance. Requirements + 10+ years of experience and a bachelors degree + Systems administrator experience within DoD data centers or in support of DISA DECC + Proven ability to manage access, versions and patches to infrastructure + Experience working with agile development environment along-side development teams + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as identified in support of triage or root cause analysis + 8570 compliant (Security+ CE) + Account validation and RMF experience + Experience transitioning from data center to cloud environment + DEVSECOPS experience + Secret clearance Benefits Since 1993, ITP has been providing reliable, cost-effective solutions to meet our customers’ goals and objectives in the commercial and public marketplace.
