Applications may be rejected if incomplete.* Minimum Qualifications The transcript evaluation coordinator is a 12-month, unclassified, administrative position reporting to the Assistant Registrar (VA). The transcript evaluation coordinator plays a key role in records management by ensuring incoming transcripts are evaluated in a timely manner as students are admitted to the university. The transcript evaluation coordinator will perform all duties related to the archiving operations of student records, including, but not limited to: + Create and maintain system operation procedures manual for transcript evaluations. + Maintain daily evaluation plan for the Records Office. + Assist with the evaluation of incoming transcripts. + Collect, analyze, and organize various types of student records for electronic archiving. + Manage digital imaging of various student records for archiving purposes utilizing software and hardware. + Provide customer service regarding transcript evaluations. + Supervise and train student employees assisting in various aspects of the archiving process. + Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information in accordance with university, state, and federal regulations. + Perform additional duties as required by supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Prior experience with records management preferred. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft software. The successful candidate will possess good problem-solving skills, analytical thinking skills, and excellent written communication skills; will be flexible, innovative, and highly self-motivated.
