Job Summary
As a Fund Servicing Senior Team Member within our Operations Department, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing transfer agency operations, processing, and resolving inquiries.
Job responsibilities:
Process and validate tasks and investigate/resolve breaks in accordance with the established work practices and procedures Work with various internal transfer agency teams such as fund implementation group, trade processing, settlements, cash processing & account opening to process transactions and resolve any exceptions in a timely manner Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner Understand Risk Management with ability to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines and escalate issues as necessary Attend internal onshore partner meetings, usually via conference call, to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up items Actively involve in projects within the teamRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Knowledge of Transfer agency / reconciliation / trades & settlements / KYC/AML or strong financial markets product knowledge Good analytical and problem solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls Self-starter and ability to learn quickly Good oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments Good partnership and team player capabilities Proactive in identifying and escalating issues Bachelor’s degree
