Your Role
We are looking for a Transfer Agent, associate 2, to join our Dealing Platform team. You will be responsible for collecting and processing complex data including e.g. transaction processing, clearing platform cash movements and/or subsequent reporting, exercising due diligence as well as reviewing and implementing strict data quality processes and complying with the regulatory regimes related to Client Asset and Data protection. You will be accurately delivering high quality service in a timely manner both internally and externally by incorporating experience and industry knowledge in the daily workflow.
Your Team
You’ll be working within the Dealing Platform department and directly reporting to the Line Manager, Officer level.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basisAdhere to procedures (& team’s supporting documents such as e.g. user guides, job aides, checklists etc.) in relation to all tasks in a timely and accurate manner (incl. pro-active maintenance of team’s e.g. procedures, user guides, job aides etc.)Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and systems, review practices and act as a catalyst for change and improvementGain broad expertise on company productsAssist in the delivery of on-the-job training and development of other AssociatesBuild and maintain internal network of contacts/liaise with other departmentsAct as first contact point for delegates with performing appropriate operational oversight support and / or controlsProvide/seek regular feedback to/from team leaderAct as an effective team player & deputy for immediate supervisor when appropriate always observing proper standards of market and personal conductYour Profile
Degree in Finance or Economics would be an asset2 to 5 years’ experience of analyzing and evaluating complex dataTransfer Agency experience/ detailed understanding of proceduresGood working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially an advanced level of ExcelAdministrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressureA clear and analytical methodical approach to problem-solving; organization skills for oneself and others; willingness to assume additional tasks in order to share workload within team/department; meet tight deadlines with initiative and team-oriented spiritAbility to prioritize and manage competingExcellent communication skills - Fluent in English and any other European Language such as e.g. German or Dutch would be an advantageState Street's Speak Up Line
