Overview
The Transfer as a Service Product Owner will be part of a team which designs, builds and operates the global Azure, AWS and On-premises environments of Siemens Healthineers (SHS). The ideal candidate for this role will have infrastructure technology product ownership and architect experience in Cloud and On-premises IT architecture, software implementation, automation, quality assurance and management. The role will design and build solutions which enable enterprise data transfer and managed identity integration. The candidate will be a valuable member of the hybrid cloud team which is responsible for ensuring all cloud services are operating effectively and efficiently at SHS.
Task and Responsibilities:
• Owns “Transfer as a Service” and “Managed Identity Integration” products end to end accountability to ensure SHS services are organized, stored, and analyzed professionally and effectively, as well as compliant with security requirements• Defines “Transfer as a Service” and “Managed Identity Integration” product roadmap and align, execute & track its successful deployment• Provide technical leadership and guidance on the use of data transfer services in the large-scale development of microservices• Collaborate with the development teams on the platform and provide recommendations and guidance on solutions• Work closely and in partnership with various operational support teams, development teams, project managers, vendors, and internal clients• Ensures developed services comply with established CERT governance rules, maturity and monitoring• Act as last level of escalation on the technical services team for all data transfer issues and assist in incident resolution and problem management• Works within the team to develop and maintain service policies, procedures, and standards• Manage, maintain, and monitor our GoAnywhere MFT Servers, Web Application Servers, Reverse Proxies, Web Application Firewall and Database Servers, Scheduled Tasks and Data Transfers (HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, Open FT, Windows-based and Linux based)• Check, control, modify and apply security settings (following the principal of least privileges, document deviations) on operating system, service, job and application level• Analyze and solve problems for services, applications or jobs running on our systems• Check, clarify, manage, test, implement and monitor change requests related to our systems or services provided by us (e.g., web server software)• Support implementation of change requests related to data transfer services, applications or jobs running on our systems• Create and maintain all compliance related documents for all servers, services, applications, and jobs running on our systems• Identify and assess the current mode of operation and design and document the infrastructure and provide service improvement plans  
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years’ experience in working with Managed data transfer and Integration platforms• At least 5 years’ experience with end-to-end solution designing and implementation• Understanding various data transfer technologies and good understanding on Managed file transfers • Understanding third party authentication for the web applications (AUTH0, Azure AD)• Understanding of robotic process automation and extensive experience in logical coding • Experiencing in data labeling and other regulations like GDPR and HIPAA• ITIL foundation certificationCompetences and Behaviors:• Highly self-motivated with the ability to identify areas of focus and tackle new challenges• Must be able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions• Strong oral, written, and presentation abilities - able to convey topics to different stakeholders• Strong business acumen with the ability to build business cases for technology initiatives and to effectively communicate the value proposition to non-technical stakeholders• Ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced international environment• Ability to build rapport with other team members and relevant teams• Technically innovative, able to express technical and non-technical concepts in clear verbal and written English• Encourages people to be open and share their views• Ability to use own initiative to solve technical problems, considering a range of options that meet the needs of all stakeholders• Drive innovation and best practice• Strive for standardization and simplification in all aspects of work
Technical skills
• Expert experience on GoAnywhere and File Catalyst • Good knowledge on tools by Help Systems (GoAnywhere MFT, Threat Detection and Prevention) would be an added advantage• Programming knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Perl, Bash, PHP, .Net, SQL)• Logic based automations using MS Flows. Workflows and RPA’s• Collaborating with other architects, DevOps engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure a seamless deployment of all solution from development to production• Assist in designing and implementing solutions that are both customer-centric, and provide the best possible experience for developers, operators, and architects while meeting Organization’s requirements• Work closely with our partners to ensure that they have a great experience on cloud• Stay up to date with industry trends
