Coordinates, prioritizes, and optimizes patient flow using knowledge of clinical and operational activities throughout the hospital network. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Nursing required. 3 years Critical Care Nursing experience required Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:** Strong critical thinking, accurate assessment, and problem solving skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Attentiveness to detail is required. High-level analytical ability required in order to resolve complex patient flow issues. Interpersonal skills required.
