What you'll be doing as a Transfer Clerk: * Receiving and processing incoming materials and stock, and verifying the quality and quantity against packing and shipping slips * Picking and filling orders from stock, and ensuring they are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery * Packing and shipping orders * Inventory management * Managing and organizing inventory, and entering and updating inventory levels in the system * Warehouse equipment * Operating warehouse equipment, and performing preventive maintenance, such as spot checks, oiling moving parts, and cleaning and servicing tools and equipment * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and following all safety procedures and regulations * Other duties of a warehouse clerk may include: * Tagging inventory items * Updating the property log * Storing items in a safe and efficient manner * Returning damaged tools and equipment for repair or replacement * Assisting in stocking shelves * Handling customer service inquiries * Some skills that are ideal for a warehouse clerk include: Strong attention to detail, Ability to work independently, and Excellent organizational and communication skills. Available shifts: Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) , Weekends Job requirements: * The expectation is that all the transfers are received on the same day so we can begin pulling orders before the end of the day.  * The transfer clerk needs to be fast and accurate, scan gun experience is a plus.  * Transfers are a high priority and this position is important to the overall production of our internet shipping. * Background check and drug screening required.
