Your key responsibilities

As a member of the Transfer Pricing team you will ensure accurate transfer pricing technical advice for EY clients, as part of the TAX Service Line.

Prepare transfer pricing documentation, complex economic searches, transfer pricing planning analyses, applications for Advance Pricing Agreements Draft transfer pricing technical advice, report/opinion outlining the technical issues, proposed solutions/next steps and implementation Review global/regional/local transfer pricing documentation Assist in all other aspects of transfer pricing projects such as transfer pricing controversy assistance Participate in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess clients’ transfer pricing matters

 

Skills and attributes for success

Knowledge of English at an advanced level Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

 To qualify for the role you must have

A University or master’s degree with a specialization in Economics or Law At least 1-3 years of transfer pricing experience Deep understanding and knowledge of transfer pricing concepts according to the OECD guidelines and Romanian transfer pricing legislation

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

Knowledge of Amadeus database, knowledge of Loan Connector/Bloomberg database is a plus
