The Role

The Transfer Pricing Senior Manager supports the Global Tax team to achieve strategic objectives, reporting to the VP Tax. In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Tax team, responsible for providing strategic transfer pricing guidance and managing the transfer pricing compliance process for our organization. The Transfer Pricing Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, legal, and operations, to ensure compliance with international transfer pricing regulations and optimize our global transfer pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

· Continue to develop and implement the organization's global transfer pricing strategy, ensuring compliance with international regulations and minimizing tax risks.

· Manage and oversee the transfer pricing compliance process, including documentation preparation, intercompany agreements, and transfer pricing policies.

· Conduct transfer pricing risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.

· Collaborate with finance, tax, legal, and operations teams to gather relevant financial and operational data for transfer pricing analysis.

· Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including functional analyses, benchmarking studies, and economic analyses, for U.S. and non-U.S. subsidiaries.

· Monitor and analyze changes in transfer pricing regulations and legislation to ensure ongoing compliance, including that each entity’s profits are compliant with the economic target margin under our implemented transfer pricing policy.

· Provide guidance and support to regional finance teams on transfer pricing matters, including transfer pricing audits and disputes.

· Build and maintain relationships with tax authorities and external advisors to ensure effective communication and resolution of transfer pricing issues.

· Stay up to date with industry best practices and transfer pricing trends to continuously improve the organization's transfer pricing strategy.

· Support legal entity restructuring together with TP/Tax planning.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, tax, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is highly preferred.

· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in transfer pricing, with a focus on international transfer pricing regulations at a multi-national company or public accounting firm.

· Strong understanding of international tax regulations and their impact on transfer pricing.

· Strong knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies, principles, and documentation requirements.

· Experience in managing transfer pricing projects, including compliance, planning, and controversy.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player, with the ability to effectively communicate complex transfer pricing concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

· Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional and global team environment.

· Detail-oriented individual, highly organized and strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

· Proficiency in transfer pricing software and tools (e.g., TP Catalyst, ONESOURCE, BQuTMS) is a plus.
