Job Description Leads the planning, execution, and governance of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement a comprehensive PMO framework to manage transformation and change initiatives effectively.

Align transformation and change management efforts with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Define and enforce standards for project management and change management methodologies across the organization.

Monitor project performance metrics, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with the transformation roadmap.

Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives. 

Act as a main point of contact for communication between project teams, leadership and external partners.

Develop and execute change management strategies to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Lead impact assessments and readiness evaluations, ensuring employees are well- equipped for changes.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the organization’s project management and change management processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering management or accounting. PMP, or Six Sigma certificate desired. 

Preferably with Telco background

Knowledgeable in Telco and IT products

Knowledge in BPO and IT Operations setup
