Through the Company's dedication to Talent Sustainability, we continue to support the development of employees. We are looking for a Transformation Forecast Analyst to join our S&T team in Istanbul. Directly report to Transformation Manager. Responsibilities Involves managing and optimizing the demand planning process by ensuring all building blocks and volume drivers are accurately captured and reconciled in driver-based forecasts. Manage master data for demand forecasting units (DFUs), including lifecycle management, activation, deactivation, and substitution across hierarchy levels. Performing history and outlier corrections, realignments, and small model adjustments to reflect demand trends, collaborating with Demand Planners to continuously improve forecasting models and processes. Entails developing and running mid-term and short-term demand plans, which involve creating driver-based forecasts, optimizing parameters, and reviewing forecasts for completeness, outliers, and confidence levels. Ensuring accurate data feeds of historical and planned data from internal and external demand drivers, including demand sensing signals. Disaggregate forecasts into daily buckets for short-term horizons and integrate lifecycle management profiles. Performance measurement is critical, with regular reviews of forecast KPIs and conducting root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves sharing best practices to enhance the broader PepsiCo ecosystem, supporting the organization’s ambitions for better, stronger, and faster growth. Qualifications 2+ years of experience at a junior to middle level within another FMCG company Advance level of English proficiency Experience in generating accurate demand statistical forecast and in advanced forecasting models including Machine Learning algorithms at fast moving consumer goods. Proficiency in Data Analysis and Insights. Ability to navigate across large amounts of data, understand the gaps, identify exception and extract insights to form conclusions and inform decisions, with strong analytical skills. High level of understanding on commercial activities and how they driver demand in FMCG and strong understanding of the IBP processes, demand planning and forecasting. Ability to process and resolve complex issues, establish priorities and action plans Would typically have a strong demand planning background with sound commercial, finance and supply chain understanding, including S&OE, S&OP. Strong team player Comfortable with process discipline and process adherence, but also able to identify and take opportunities to further develop and strengthen the process without compromising the end state
