**Overview** Kimley-Horn's Oakland office is seeking a Transportation PlannerorEngineer with 2+years ofpost-collegeexperience to join their Transitand Complete Streetsteam! This position is in-person/in-office. **Responsibilities** The selected candidate will work with our Multi-Modal Transportation team performing a variety of transportation-related planning and conceptual design tasks including transportation analyses, complete streets studies, mobility analyses, and transit analyses, and development of public outreach materials and strategies. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Transportation, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering + Registered P.E.,T.E. in the state of CA or registered AICP (or the interest and ability to obtain) + At least 2 years of directly relatedfull-timeexperience + Experience preparingtechnical materials such as transit analyses,traffic studies,parking studies, complete streets assessments, safety studies,multi-modal planning,site circulation and access studies, and other various transportation planning and design activities. + Demonstrated experienceworking on a team. + ProficiencyinGIS and Excel + Exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign,Synchro/SimTraffic, Vistro, VISSIM,Sidra,AutoCAD, and/or other traffic and engineering software desired. + Strong written and oral communication skills **Salary Range:** $90,000 to $110,000 **Why Kimley-Horn?** At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
