Kimley-Horn's Saint Paul, Minnesota (MN) office is seeking a Project Engineer with 15+ years of experience to join their Transit team!
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Project Engineer will have an entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the growth of our Transit practice across the firm. They will lead and manage the direction of key projects from our St. Paul, MN office.
Markets are not limited by geography but driven by relationships. Leadership responsibilities include: operating with integrity and sound business principals, providing practice vision, business planning and strategy, establishing goals, maintaining positive client relationships, and keeping open communication with partners and teams.
They will be expected to manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and be a positive role model. Management responsibilities include but are not limited to; meeting or exceeding client expectations, making presentations, establishing budgets, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, and supervising the execution of work.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementEngineer with 15 or more years of related experienceAbility to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.Ability to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably.Salary Range: $110,000 - $155,000
