Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Revenue Systems Consultant to join our North American Infrastructure group on our Revenue Systems team.

 

The position of Staff Consultant offers the successful candidate an opportunity to build a rewarding career in the technology-driven transportation payments field. This position offers the opportunity to work with clients with developing, testing, and implementing technology-based solutions for fare payment, financial processing, credit card processing, and other related elements within the demanding environment of public transportation. Candidates with advanced experience may qualify for a senior position.

 

Hatch’s Revenue Systems group serves clients throughout the public transit market, providing technical expertise and project support.  This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in the public transit market, in one or more of the following areas:  fare collection hardware and technologies, fare media and products, mobile payments, PCI, legacy and account-based systems, open payments, software and hardware integration testing, website development, systems integration, and network security. 

 

You bring to the role:

At least 5 years of experience in an engineering, financial systems, or transit agency role Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology or finance Excellent analytical ability, written and oral communication skills Work effectively in a team environment Professional registration of any type is a plus Any type of advance degree is a plus

 

As a successful candidate, you will:

Provide technical and analytical support to our valued clients and team members Provide engineering analysis and cost analysis Support system design activities Provide end-to-end testing activities of an integrated fare payment system Support in implementing and executing test plans and strategies Participate in systems troubleshooting and root cause analysis Provide effective data analysis and presentation Communicate effectively to many different stakeholders

 

 

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

 

Candidates should anticipate a degree travel to client sites as pandemic conditions permit.

 

Travel requirements: Up to 25% domestic travel may be required.
