What You'll Do As a Transition Coordinator on the Retirement and Income Solutions Transition team, you’ll lead projects, provide operational support and act as a consultant for conversions, deconversions and up sell activities for trust and custody plans. You'll put your collaboration and project management skills into action to ensure high quality and efficient service to meet customer expectations! Here are a few examples of the kind of things you will do: Work closely with Clients, Relationship Managers, Sales, Middle Office Underwriting Document and PCS operations and external partners team to reconcile trust assets and process cash/security accurately. Act as project manager for assigned conversion projects including scheduling, planning and leading meetings with internal and external partners - the conversions will include Internal/External Meetings and Planning and Day to Day Processing conversations Support the risk management and compliance process ensuring effective use of tools and other risk mitigation activities to limit exposure and improve audit results Perform maintenance activities including intra-department follow up and actioning service tickets using internal systems (i.e., Jira and Salesforce) Travel (~5%) may be required for Final Sales presentations. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or 7 + years of client services, financial services, preferably in trust & custody operations (processing assets) or project management Strong MS Office experience including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Detailed and solutions orientated to identify and resolve reoccurring issues A highly qualified candidate will have: Significant exposure to trust operations / asset processing Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational and presentation skills Advance knowledge of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP), Salesforce and Jira (other ticketing system). Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $51000 - $80000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
