Key Responsibilities:
Site Setup and Process Implementation:
Develop and implement operational strategies for newly acquired properties or contractsEstablish efficient workflows and procedures tailored to each site's specific requirementsCreate and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various aspects of site managementRecruitment and Team Building:
Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for required positionsCollaborate with HR to recruit, interview, and select qualified candidatesOversee the onboarding and training of new team membersStakeholder Management:
Liaise with clients, property owners, and internal departments to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverablesCommunicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to all relevant partiesOperational Handover:
Develop a comprehensive handover plan for transitioning site management to the operations teamConduct thorough briefings and knowledge transfer sessions with the incoming operations teamEnsure all necessary documentation, systems, and processes are in place for a smooth transitionQuality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectationsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practicesContinuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in the transition process and implement changes as neededStay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance operational efficiencyQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Facility Management, or related field10+ years of experience in property management or a similar role, with a focus on project transitionsStrong knowledge of property management practices, regulations, and industry standardsExcellent leadership and team-building skillsOutstanding organizational and project management abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in relevant property management software and MS Office suiteThis role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing environments, and drive successful outcomes in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing new operations and managing smooth transitions in the property management sector.
