RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in educational admission, transition and discharge planning of youth. Manage and coordinate resources and activities for assigned youth to ensure that the unique educational needs and requirements of each individual are met. Complete and maintain required documentation. Attend staff meetings and required trainings. Understand and support the Nexus philosophy and treatment modalities. Ensure confidentiality regarding youth issues, background and treatment as well as comply with Nexus policies involving youth privacy and confidentiality rules for youth and their families. Ensure youth safety and collaborate with coworkers to maintain an environment that is positive, respectful, clean and therapeutic.Education, Credentials and Experience
BS/BA in related field required Minimum of 2 years working with youth and families Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and corporate driving requirements
